The Die Cad Group has been utilizing Pam Stamp metal forming simulation software to verify all of our forming process since 2002. In that time we have developed a reputation for producing difficult parts with very little tryout time after the build. This ability provides our customers with many competitive advantages.

For major manufacturers such as Whirlpool, General Electric, and Dana it has allowed them to alter products as needed for manufacturing early in the product development phase. This not only avoids costs and timing issues associated with late product changes, it also provides them with a fully developed proven process, giving tool shops a much higher comfort level when estimating die construction cost.

For both large and small tooling manufacturers we can avoid catastrophic processing errors on major tooling programs and fine-tune the details of intricate shapes on smaller dies. We are happy to assist at any level you would like. Whether you are having the tooling designed here or at your facility you can utilize our simulation resources.

Many of our customers have discovered that purchasing good software and hiring someone to run it does not guarantee success. Forming simulation is a very specialized field. We started with decades of metal forming knowledge and added years of simulation experience to arrive at our current level of understanding. Making this expertise available to our customers at an affordable rate is our main goal.
